Migrate PasswordSettings and PasswordDialog to the composition API

Description
This pull request migrates the PasswordSettings and PasswordDialog components to the composition API.
Testing
Check that setting and clearing a password works correctly and that entering a password into the dialog unlocks when it is correct.
